Anilox Laser Engravings
We have invested heavily to create a facility that assists engraving consistency, using our four state of the art high definition thermal optic lasers. Our laser engraving department works in clean room and climate controlled conditions with anti-vibratory flooring to increase the stability of our product.
We spent time developing industry-leading products and equipment
Our Production Manager Gary Carmichael dedicates time each month to research and development on improving cell structures and creating the best ink release characteristics possible. This is aided by electronic cell analysis equipment called Troika - a dedicated tool allowing us to understand the design of its engravings and the crucial tri-axial measurements. It is Gary’s passion for laser engraving that drives the quality of our engravings, and it is his high standards that guarantee our products are amongst the best.
Advancing the science of laser engraving
Our developments have not only allowed us to perfect the design of conventional engravings such as our 60° Opticell, but also allowed us to make large advancements in the science of laser engraving with such cell structures as HVP, HOW, HOC, and i-Pro. These have all vastly increased the print parameters of what an anilox can produce.
