Hence, we dedicate large amounts of time training our sales staff as part of our continuous improvement programme, making sure that they are fully conversant not only with our product and its role but all new advancements in print technology. We believe an intelligent, knowledgeable sales staff is a key reason for our success.

Our sales department has been modelled with a positive and constructive approach to our customer requests. We work hard to fulfil their requirements and apply the philosophy that we are the customer’s representatives and as such work hard to secure the best outcomes with regard to lead times, fault diagnosis and technical knowledge.
We now employ a dedicated service engineer whose sole responsibility is to service the needs of our customers in terms of carrying out anilox audits. This ensures prompt response times in order to meet our customers needs.
