Commitment to the future

Sandon Global are committed to the future of both our company and its employees.  The continuous development and training of our staff is a priority for us. We believe that a skilled, trained workforce will help maintain and even improve our levels of performance whilst adding value to the products and service that we supply to our customers.

We currently have two engineering apprentices working for the company learning the correct methodologies and building a bright long term future for the manufacturing arm of the company.

We have two personnel at present studying for degrees in Accountancy and Business Management, as well as a further two members of staff who have completed their EFIA Basics in Flexography and passed with distinction.

We anticipate that our pledge to developing our staff will see Sandon Global’s service continually improve and help us to increase our placement in the market.
